For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or in case of a "no-show," the full amount will be charged. Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather or sea conditions, determined exclusively by the captain to ensure your safety, the tour can be rescheduled or fully refunded. Delays: Any delays by the guests will not result in an extension of the tour beyond the scheduled return time.
