to get a full refund you must notify us by email or by message on the whats app messaging platform, at least 2 days before the tour in case of adverse marine weather conditions, we will notify you, offering you a new date and time for the tour, if you do not participate you will be refunded.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour will incur a 50% charge. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or in case of a "no-show," the full amount will be charged. Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather or sea conditions, determined exclusively by the captain to ensure your safety, the tour can be rescheduled or fully refunded. Delays: Any delays by the guests will not result in an extension of the tour beyond the scheduled return time.
